Ever wonder if you can make some mathematical formula look good on a webpage? If you did some googling, you might even find Google Chart Tools. For some reason, there doesn’t appear to be an online generator, so naturally I wrote this quick and dirty tool for generating images for TeX formulas online, using Javascript.

Put the TeX in the first textarea, click convert, and there you go! You get a an image which you can save down, or a link to the image that you embed, or if you’re lazier than that (I was), the text to the img tag.

Note: Google Chart’s API appears to have a max character limit.

Going the other way? Copy and paste just the chl part of the image url below, click “reverse”, and get back your TeX.
